Terms of Service

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the VPNstore.ai service (the "Service").

By using the Service you confirm that you have read the terms of this Agreement and accept them in full.

1. Description of the Service

VPNstore.ai provides software tools and technologies aimed at improving the privacy, security and stability of an internet connection.

2. Right to use

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old, or of the age of majority set by the law of your country.

You undertake to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

The User is prohibited from using the Service for:

— any unlawful activity;

— distribution of malicious software;

— DDoS attacks, hacking and other unlawful acts;

— infringement of third-party rights, including copyright;

— sending spam or unsolicited messages;

— interfering with the operation, security or infrastructure of the Service.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service if this Agreement is breached.

4. Subscriptions and payment

— Access to the Service may be provided on a subscription basis.

— Prices are shown in the application, in the bot or on the relevant payment pages.

— Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

— A subscription may renew automatically unless the user cancels it in advance.

5. Refunds

A refund is possible where the Service is technically faulty or the service cannot be provided through the fault of the Company.

A refund request is reviewed individually through the support team.

6. Account responsibility

The User is responsible for the security of their credentials, devices and account access.

7. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep the Service running stably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranties.

The Company is not liable:

— for users' actions while using the Service;

— for restrictions or blocking by internet providers, state bodies or third parties;

— for indirect losses, loss of data, profit or access to internet resources.

The User alone is responsible for complying with the law of their country.

9. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means the user accepts the updated version of the Agreement.

11. Language

This is a translation of the Russian version. In case of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version prevails.
